CHALLENGE

The head of technical at a global aircraft lessor wanted to improve the department’s operations when performing the essential aircraft delivery, return, sale, and part-out project management functions.

Zeevo professionals developed an integrated .net web application, leveraging fleet and lease data in Leasepoint®, to inform decision-making by enabling tracking and visibility into key technical project details.

APPROACH

The solution includes features to track delivery, return, sale, and part-out tasks, timelines, and resource assignment details
Automated the creation, re-scheduling, and re-assigning of technical project tasks via an integration with Leasepoint®
Developed a timeline view of upcoming and completed transactions and workload planning reports and dashboards
Hosted the app on-premise and integrated it within the existing office 365 tenant authentication framework
