ISTAT Conference Mentoring: Shaping the Next Generation

We have all experienced firsthand the impact of international business events on shaping the next generation of industry leaders. ISTAT conferences are prime examples of the transformational power global gatherings have on the aviation finance and aircraft leasing community. Not only do these important gatherings provide opportunities to hear from the people behind the industry’s biggest breakthroughs, but they are also fertile ground for young professionals to gain inspiration and guidance.
That is where the ISTAT Foundation’s mentorship program comes in: The program connects first-time attending ISTAT Foundation scholarship recipients and ISTAT University students with esteemed industry executives. In advance of each ISTAT Americas and ISTAT EMEA conference, ISTAT Foundation matches conference-attending executives with as many as two dozen student attendees.
