Seamless Migration Bolsters Client’s Record-keeping Efficiency

SEATTLE — September 7, 2023 — Zeevo Group LLC (“Zeevo”), a business, finance, and information technology consulting services firm, announced today the successful completion of the firm’s first client engagement to seamlessly transition from AerData Stream to AerData Records Management Solution (“RMS”).

Zeevo recently served as the project manager for an industry-leading aircraft lessor, which opted to implement the RMS system to support the management of their aircraft-related technical records. Zeevo leveraged its extensive project management and technical records expertise to facilitate a seamless transition process as well as conduct the required testing efforts related to the RMS implementation.

“Operating with a lean team entrenched in their daily operations, our client needed ‘extra lift’ to ensure a seamless migration from AerData Stream to AerData RMS. The objective was to not only bolster the client’s record-keeping efficiency through a cloud-based solution but also to avoid disruptions to their day jobs,” explained Darlene Lawrence, Zeevo Group’s Senior Advisor.

The client relied on Lawrence’s expertise in building records collection conventions used for conformity throughout a lessor’s aircraft fleet as well as her experience in implementing and testing user-friendly systems that interact on all levels within an organization, integrating the processes across all departments.

Led by Lawrence, the Zeevo Team managed the project, performed user acceptance testing (“UAT”), and navigated interactions with the software vendor. Zeevo ensured the project not only stayed on course, but soared across the finish line, enabling the client’s team to efficiently manage their day-to-day migrating to the new system.

“This system migration not only ensured uninterrupted operations, a testament to Zeevo’s planning and technical acumen, but also helped the lessor standardize its master transition list (“MTL”) and deliver efficiencies by deploying naming convention-related leading practices, tools, and templates,” added Zeevo Group CEO Joey Johnsen.
